Are you looking for conference facilities with easy access located at Schiphol Airport? Look no further. Exchange Avenue is located near Departures 1 on the third floor (landside) close to the Panorama Terrace, and can be directly accessed from the airport's arrivals and departures hall.
At Exchange Avenue a team of professionals is waiting for you to assist you with your requests. The host will personally welcome you and your guests with a smile and help you with your questions and support you when necessary in order to have a successful meeting. Moreover, we are happy to help with your last minute requests.
Our boardrooms are suitable for meetings up to 75 people. Exchange Avenue has four smaller boardrooms with a maximum capacity of 14 people in a fixed boardroom set up. Two of our smaller rooms have natural day light. The Staeten I & II have a flexible set up: U-shape set up for 25 people, boardroom set up for 30 people, school set up for 40 people and theatre set up for 75 people.
These completely equipped boardrooms are perfect to host a meeting and are provided with enough electricity points. Our room rent is always included VAT, use of writing material, a flip-chart, projection equipment and access to our WIFI. This is what makes Exchange Avenue a perfect fit for workshops, conferences, trainings and meetings.
Exchange Avenue is open from Mondays to Fridays between 08.00 ‘o clock till 17.00 ‘o clock. If you would like to make use of one of our boardrooms outside our opening hours, please contact us to check availability.
Catering
During the day multiple catering options are possible. Our boardrooms are equipped with a high-class coffee machine which delivers fresh Illy coffee. The attendees can unlimitedly enjoy coffee during the meeting. All other catering wishes are provided by our restaurant. If you have specific catering wishes, please let us know so we can create a fitting proposal for you.
