I started at VFS in 2010, only to look after a small coffee shop (star cafe brand started to establish). Two years after that was in March 2012, with self-improvement and always willing to learn, I got sent to Da Nang international airport together with new business development plan. This was a great opportunity for me to overcome all challenges as an operation manager. At the same time, I also looked after the operation for Burger King Brand in the city. In April 2013, I was heading up with even bigger challenge once VFS and Autogrill were cooperated, became Autogrill VFS F&B. This chance helped me to gain a massive products knowledge from all international food & beverage brands. I have learnt a lot from them.

In 2017, I am more open to getting new challenges when new terminal at Cam Ranh international airport will be operating in 2018 with a bigger capacity and visitors. In my role as an operation manager, my team and I would love to deliver the best experience to our customers at Autogrill VFS Cam Ranh.
