I have first two years as part time job in old quarter’s Hotels when I was student at Hanoi Tourism College and My career started in Dec, 1997 in Sunway Hotel Hanoi as a bus boy (I also started the first year of Hanoi University of Business and Management), where I studied with experience and become a waiter and then Team leader there.

In December of 2003 I accepted the opportunity to move to Sheraton Hanoi Hotel as Senior Team Leader of coffee Shop (Western Res). I experienced  in this role for two years before being promoted the position of Supervisor in August of 2006 and from that time to November 2011 I was moved many Outlets as Cross-Exposure and gained valuable experience of the roles Outlet Assistant Manager , Outlet Manager.

In December of 2011 I accepted the opportunity to back for good at Sunway Hanoi Hotel as Food and Beverage Manager. I experienced in this role for two years before I accepted the opportunity to move to Autogrill VFS F&B as Airport Manager in Noi Bai and I have been working there since December,2013.

With the new roles/new environment and felt excited by buildup new/strong team in NB, expanding our business in International Terminal and Domestic Terminal, I had great experiences in Airport as Relationship with Authorities, Branding, menus innovation, training, opening new stores…and I responsible for increasing revenues/profitability through financial management, leadership practice and ensuring smooth operation and maximizes NB potential.
