Mr. Sang has over 17-year experience in various HR roles, predominantly in Hotel & F&B Service organizations.  He joined the Autogrill VFS F&B in April 2014 and is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Autogrill Vietnam to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. He specializes in talent management, staffing, employee benefits, learning and development.

Prior to joining the Autogrill VFS F&B, Mr. Sang has worked for various hotel management groups named as Celadon, Best Western, and then Accor under Sofitel Brands at the position of HR Director.
