Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia joined Autogrill VFS F&B as an Executive Chef since July 2015. After years of hard work and dedication in heading up the Tan Son Nhat Culinary team and working on projects including the creation of a food, health and hygiene program, he was promoted to be National Food Service and Standards Manager in November 2017.
Chef Nghia’s has cumulated for over 25 years of culinary experiences. His cooking style is innovative, simple and explores the variety of Vietnamese cuisine. He prefers fresh seasonal ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. His passion is sharing Vietnamese Cuisine by its fresh, taste, and variety into the world.
He has been recognized with several certificates from Australia and Singapore and culinary awards for his cooking talent. Besides, one of the awards that Chef Nghia values the most are the silver medal at the 1st culinary competition in Vietnam in 1997.
